The loading at this company was extremely slow and unorganized. I waited for many hours before they even started loading my truck. The staff did not communicate well and did not seem to care about the drivers’ time. Very bad experience and a huge waste of time.

3 to 4 hours minimum to load. I was there 5 hours. Who knows how long my trailer had been loaded for because when I finally went to have them check again. Nobody had ever told anybody that the trailer was done.

I was here for a live load, and they took like 4 hrs to finish. In the end, it seems they load tires one by one, all tires stock on each other. No wonder why they took forever. Anyway, they did a good job doing it. And respect for their job too.
